The WORK
- 4-Month Retainer, commencing with an operations audit, where I assess the current state of operations, systems, workflows, and SOPs. We’ll have weekly calls and ongoing communication. By the end of Month 1, I’ll have a game plan for what we’ll build, hire, and implement for Months 2-4.

My Journey Through The Decades:

- 2000s – Digital Marketing & SEO Director, O’Mahony Donnelly E-Business, Ireland
- 2010s – Chief Operations Officer, O’Mahony Donnelly Chartered Certified Accountants & Business Advisors (now part of Xeinadin Ireland)
- 2020s – Independent Operations & Marketing Consultant
Now working as a Fractional Outsourced Chief Operating Officer, I assist businesses in a wide range of areas using all the experience and skills I’ve built over this 40 year career.
Ann helped my nonprofit to build a campaign strategy around a large high-stakes project. She listened to each of us in the room, sometimes reading between the lines, to guide us to a successful plan. The tips and tools she provided continue to be useful beyond that project.
