My Journey from Upstate New York to NYC, to London, to Ireland and back:

Now working as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, I assist businesses in a wide range of areas using all  the experience and skills I’ve built over this 40 year career.

The WORK

4-Month Retainer, commencing with an operations audit, where I assess the current state of operations, systems, workflows, and SOPs. We’ll have weekly calls and ongoing communication. By the end of Month 1, I’ll have a game plan for what we’ll build, hire, and implement for Months 2-4.
